Corporation Meeting

The annual Corporation Meeting is Tuesday, April 23. Check in is at 6:45 and the meeting begins at 7:00 sharp. We strongly encourage EVERY Southwest parent to attend; a quorum is needed to vote on key issues such as the following year's budget and board member nominations. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend!

Weekly SWCHS E-mail for Parents

Watch for your weekly parent news, sent from the reception office, each Friday afternoon. While the school calendar is also posted on Cornerstone, the weekly Friday news will have ALL the details you will need to know.

Reporting Absences or Illnesses:

• If your student is ill, please call the school at 952-556-0040 before school begins.

• If you know your student will be absent for a day or days, please let Mrs. Olson or Mrs. Coy know ASAP, ahead of time. Your student should stop by the reception desk to pick up a Student Absence Form at least one day in advance.If your student has a scheduled appointment and must be absent from school for part of a day, please call Mrs. Olson or Mrs. Coy before the scheduled time.
