Scholarship FundGod is using Southwest Christian High School to transform the lives of young people for His glory. As we strive to fulfill this vital mission, we are keenly aware of the financial challenges families in our Southwest Christian community face. Nearly 30 percent of all SWCHS families receive financial assistance. Maintaining a strong financial aid program allows us to continue offering a distinctly Christian education to families facing a diverse set of financial circumstances. In the past the SWCHS Annual Fund helped support financial aid as well as other operational needs. As the 2012-2013 school year began, Southwest Christian renamed this effort the Scholarship Fund to more accurately reflect its sole purpose: to raise funds for financial assistance. While SWCHS accepts gifts for the Scholarship Fund year round, the campaign itself runs through December 31 of each calendar year. This year’s goal is to raise $150,000, with the proceeds going primarily towards assisting families that are unable to cover the complete cost of tuition. Parents, grandparents, alumni, friends and the student body are invited to participate. Please prayerfully consider your place in this campaign. Gifts can be made online through the link below, or dropped in the mail with the attached gift/pledge card. Gifts of any size are greatly appreciated. We encourage you to view your gift not only as a donation, but as an investment in God’s Kingdom work. The return on your investment will be evident in the lives of the students who benefit from the program, transforming their lives and the world around them. We are excited about what the Lord is doing in the lives of our students at Southwest Christian High School. Thank you in advance for your support of the Scholarship Fund.
